John Beijer – ”Wildlife DELUXE
As part of the hotel’s art experience, Plaza Art Lounge is a recurring concept where different exhibitors are given space in the lounge. Through opening receptions and temporary exhibitions, an environment is created that evolves over time and offers new impressions each month.

Om John Beijer
John Beijer is a mural artist, visual artist and graphic designer based in Stockholm. With a background in graffiti, graphic design and illustration, he decided a few years ago to bring these different forms of expression together in large-scale murals.
Since then, John has continued working with illustration and graphic design, while dedicating most of his time to mural painting and art. His work draws on experience from all the creative fields he has worked in.
Inspired by popular culture, comic books and retrofuturism, he has developed a distinctive graphic style that has become clearly recognisable in his work.

About the exhibition
John Beijers utställning ”Wildlife DELUXE” visas i Plaza Art Lounge från 10 oktober 2026.
“Wildlife Deluxe” is a collection of colourful animal portraits from a world somewhere between reality and fantasy. Inspired by pop culture, rap music and comic books, John Beijer creates his own visual scenes, like stills from a film or series that never existed.
