We invite you to an evening celebrating game, wine and the flavours of the forest. Together with Patric Andersson, we explore wines paired with the evening’s dishes and seasonal ingredients from the forest and the land. Our kitchen lets the season set the tone, creating a dinner where game takes centre stage – with carefully selected wines to complement each course.

Patric will guide us through the evening, sharing the stories behind the wines and explaining why each pairing works so well. An evening for those who appreciate great food and excellent wine – and for anyone curious to discover what happens when the right wine meets the flavours of the forest.
