Hotel Plaza in Västerås is in a new exciting phase with new businesses and big future plans that are already starting!

We need to strengthen the reception team with more service stars who want to be part of our journey. That is why we are currently looking for a 1st receptionist who is passionate about exceeding our guests’ expectations and wants to develop in hotels and meetings!

Who are we then?
We are a large team that around the clock, all year round, makes Hotel Plaza simmer with life. With over 450 beds, restaurants, Skybar, Sweden’s highest spa and gym, large meeting and event arena as well as a coworking, we want, with a 5-star treatment, to create conditions for the best meeting between people.

Other requirements are:
• Experience of similar service
• Can lead and plan the work in a hotel reception
• Can develop, quality assure and follow up routines
• You inspire and lead the team towards set service goals
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Knowledge of the Opera booking system is an advantage

Other:
• The employment is a permanent employment of 100% with 6 months probationary employment.
• Working hours are day, evening and weekend.
• We have a collective agreement
